Kelsey Diller is one of the few real estate brokers under the age of 35 who can claim to already have 25 years of hands-on industry experience and prove it. That’s what happens when you’re a fourth generation broker born into a real estate family. From the age of five, she helped her family renovate and market a variety of real estate investments; her early commissions were paid in hot cocoa.

In 2008, Diller co-founded Orbit Homes, LLC and built her first spec house, a celebrated four star Green Built property in West Seattle. The company also managed a sizable land transaction in Cougar Mountain before the recession hit and Diller retrenched. She rode out the down market by learning the property management side of the business at David Whitener, Inc. There she managed clients and vendors for 27 homeowner associations. At Smart Revenue, Diller spearheaded ethnography studies and wrote market research reports for Big Box Retailers.

As the real estate market rebounded, Diller was armed with fresh skills and the tools she needed to open her own brokerage. City Closers is a nimble, full service brokerage, serving commercial and residential clients throughout Greater Seattle. Since opening the doors in 2010, Diller and her brokerage team have closed more than $200,000,000 in sales and leases.

Real estate brokers traditionally sign up with one of the industry’s big brands to take advantage of vast corporate databases and deep resources. In today’s market, networking and relationship building deliver far more results than big ad buys. The Internet has leveled the playing field in terms of listing and marketing properties. City Closers realizes Diller’s vision to have a better broker experience, which results in a more personalized client experience.

Diller coaches her brokers 1-on-1 every two weeks instead of sticking them in tiresome, all-day trainings. She arms them with FinaleWare: a proprietary transaction management software that she personally developed. Leadership positions in BNI, Toastmasters, Young Professionals of Seattle and other professional organizations help Diller grow a network of the city’s best business partners and generate connections that Diller and her brokers turn into qualified leads, clients and referrals.

In her spare time, Diller joins her aviator husband for guided helicopter tours across Seattle’s rich architectural landscape.

After interviewing multiple agents, we chose Kelsey Diller at City Closers based upon her energetic and knowledgeable approach towards her business.

She proved our choice spot on – after advising us on how to get the building ready for sale, we had multiple offers within two weeks of the listing going live. Kelsey did an exceptional job of managing the potential buyers, and we ended up going under contract with the right buyer at an acceptable price.

From there, she shepherded the deal through due diligence and ultimately through closing. It was a quick and relatively painless process – which is exactly what we were after. In the end, we were thoroughly pleased with the transaction and how it proceeded. We literally went from listing to closing in less than 60 days.

Thanks Kelsey.

Having decided it was time for our first home, we came into contact with Kelsey at an open house. From the outset, Kelsey was wonderful in respect to explaining all the confusing details to first time buyers in a simple way yet all the while still being meticulous and diligent in giving us the information we needed.

She showed us homes at any time that met with our schedule which included weekends and weekday nights as late as 8 or 9. She listened to what we wanted and only took us to properties that had what we were looking for. She was incredibly efficient with our time and hers.

We made three offers with Kelsey as our agent and each one she carefully crafted competitive bids that gave us a realistic shot but also respected our financial situation. From the beginning to the end when Kelsey handed us the keys to our first place, she was a first class professional and fought for our best interests every single step of the way. There was not one minute or moment where she let us down in any way shape or form.

I would highly recommend City Closers for any commercial or residential real estate venture big or small. We are eternally grateful for what they have done for us.-

I’m Rod Bristol, the former President of Sudden Printing here in Seattle and am writing to recommend to you Kelsey Diller, a real estate agent who have provided unprecedented, outstanding service to me.

I own a 13,000 sqft building in Seattle, which was vacant for almost 18 months. Kelsey succeeded in fully leasing my building after two other firms, one a large, nationally known organization, failed.

Her creativity, persistence and professionalism were the key elements that enabled me to now enjoy a fully rented building with revenues of over $9,000 per month.

I recommend them to you wholeheartedly and encourage you to secure their services for your real estate transactions.

Sincerely,

Rod Bristol
